What they need
Candidates must hold an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy from an AMA-accredited program and have an active Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner license upon hire. BLS is required upon hire, with ACLS obtained within 90 days. The ideal practitioner is clinically confident, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating respiratory care equipment in accordance with departmental policies. A commitment to patient-centered care, continuous learning, and collaboration is essential.
