What They Need:
You must hold an active RRT credential and state licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner. An associate degree in respiratory therapy is required, along with BLS and ACLS (ACLS within 30 days of hire). The ideal candidate is confident in airway management, ventilator care, medication delivery, and rapid response situations. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to safe, evidence-based care are essential.
