Available Positions & Shifts
Day Shift: Full-time, featuring rotating weekends.
Night Shift: Full-time, featuring rotating weekends (includes a $2.33/hr shift differential).

What They Need
--Credentialing: Active NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential and state licensure.
--Education: Associate Degree in Respiratory Care.
--Life Support Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (obtainable within 30 days of start); NRP (within 60 days).
--Clinical Skillset: Proficiency in patient assessment, airway management, and the initiation/monitoring of mechanical ventilation.
--The Right Mindset: A collaborative spirit ready to respond to emergent situations and provide exceptional bedside care.
