What They Need

An Associate Degree or completed certificate program from an accredited respiratory therapy education program.

National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) holding a valid state license.

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification secured within 30 days of your start date.

Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification completed within the first 90 days of employment.

Clinical capability to manage invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation, establish and maintain artificial airways, and perform precise diagnostic assessments.

Rapid response capabilities to act decisively during emergent situations and secure patient airways during resuscitations.
