What They Need
Clinical Excellence: Ability to assess respiratory status, interpret breath sounds, and determine necessary interventions in high-stakes environments.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in managing invasive and non-invasive ventilation, aerosolized medications, and airway clearance.
Credentials: Must hold a valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT/RCP-State) license.
Emergency Readiness: Ability to assist with artificial airway placement and stabilize newborns during deliveries when required.
Certification: BCLS/CPR or relevant degree/vocational certificate (must be obtained within 30 days of start date).
