What They Need
Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Current Oregon Respiratory Care Practitioner License prior to start date.
Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications upon hire.
AHA PALS and AAP NRP certifications required within 90 days of hire.
1 to 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
Strong dedication to evidence-based practice, departmental protocol, and patient-centered care.
